In order to avoid any perceived conflicts of interest and commensurate with FSA guidelines, we have appointed specialist Third Party Administrators to handle claims for the various classes of insurance we provide.
If you wish to notify a claim or circumstance affecting an insurance policy obtained via ourselves, full details are provided within the issued Certificate. Alternatively, if you know the Insurer or Underwriter that provides the insurance, you can find the appropriate contact details by using the tool at the bottom of this page.
Should you remain unsure of who to contact or you have any other questions regarding the handling of any claim, the Director with ultimate responsibility for claims is John Cross and all queries should therefore be directed to him.
