Where it seems that some providers look only at the numbers, we look at the quality of business we can do with our broker partners. For instance, we don’t impose minimum premium volumes. And we promise to treat smaller volume agents in exactly the same way as we treat the largest, focusing first and foremost on meeting the needs of their clients. Not that we’re not interested in the bottom line – we expect to work with well-run, like-minded brokers, whose clients are also well-managed with reasonable claims histories. By working together in partnership, we aim to achieve mutual profitability, based on effective solutions tailored to each client.
